What We Look for in a Feller Teacher
Passion for kids who learn differently

Committed to growing professionally
You attend trainings, read research, and never think you know enough. We invest in our teachers' development and we expect that energy in return.
Patient, energetic, and hands-on
You love active, multisensory teaching — no worksheets, no sitting still all day. Our classrooms are full of movement, games, and laughter.
Experience with learning differences (preferred)
A background in dyslexia, special education, or structured literacy is a strong plus — but not required. We train the right people from the ground up.
