Teachers Who Never Stop Learning
At Feller School, our teachers don't just care about your child — they're among the most specifically trained educators in the state for teaching children with dyslexia and learning differences.
Trained by a Certified LOE Master Trainer
Our director Kim is a certified Logic of English Master Trainer — and she personally trains every teacher on our staff. Every Feller educator learns the same expert-level structured literacy methods she teaches in our intensive workshops.
Constantly Learning, Constantly Improving
Our teachers attend dyslexia conferences, complete continuing education courses, and pursue ongoing training — including college coursework. The Science of Reading is always evolving, and so are we. Your child benefits from everything we learn.

M.S. UW – Madison
M.Ed George Mason University
316 Reading Teacher Certification, Viterbo UniversityKim is a former public school classroom teacher, Reading Interventionist and Reading Specialist. She left the public schools in 2014 to open Auburn Reading Center, LLC where she could have more of an impact on student learning. Within a few months Kim knew that there would be a continual stream of students walking through her doors as the needs of young struggling readers were not being met at school.
As a passionate teacher and strong advocate for children, Kim decided to revisit her childhood dream of opening her own school. That dream all started with a book that provided long summer afternoons of daydreaming about what it would be like to grow up to become both a mother and a teacher much like the characters from Little House on the Prairie. Well, her childhood dream transformed in a way that is not quite as simplistic as the one-room schoolhouse of the pioneer days. Today’s dream school is now a real school that will impact thousands of children.
